Personal information (“Personal Information”) about community members is collected to contact community members regarding their accounts and to customize the content and/or the layout of the Site. Please note that if registering through a third-party application such as Facebook, your username will be automatically set to your first name and last initial. This can be changed through the My Account section. Although we reserve the right to monitor and delete any activity at our discretion, all Information posted is unprotected and can be seen by anyone. If you elect to invite a friend to our Site through our “Invite a Friend” sections, we ask you for the friend’s name and email address. CSX will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to visit the Site. CSX stores this Information for the purpose of, among others, sending emails and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact CSX at to request the removal of this information from our database.
