Mijenta Blanco is an artisanal, small-batch tequila from the highlands of Jalisco. Its complex but sophisticated flavors of cooked agave, tropical flavors and floral notes make it like no other tequila you have tasted.

Produced with 100% blue weber agave, and bottled without filtration, this Tequila packs a bright, vibrant flavor profile showcasing the authentic flavors of the agave at its heart.

The bottles are made from locally sourced stock glass, while the labels are produced using agave waste. The team also supports jimadores through the Mijenta Community foundation, to preserve the skills used in Tequila making. Crisp and sweet flavor profile developed by celebrated Master Distiller Ana Maria Romero. Double Distilled.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Bright and transparent with a powerful body.

Nose: Aromatic, elegant and complex. Intense aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel, enhanced by the slow cooking process, and floral and fruity notes of cantaloupe, honey, cinnamon, and peaches.

Palate: Rich flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh fruit, and spices such as cinnamon.

An outstanding, generous and round finish.
