Armand de Brignac Gold Brut was the first cuvée introduced to the portfolio and is the flagship. Tasting Notes:

On the nose: Peach, apricot and red berry aromas are followed by crystalized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche.

On the palate: The palate is rich with cherries, exotic fruits and a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey. The mouth feel is soft and creamy, with a hint of toastiness, from the unique Armand de Brignac dosage which is aged for one year in French oak barrels.

Food Pairing:

Ideal as an aperitif or pairs perfectly with seared scallops, roasted quail and fresh water fish.

Each bottle of Armand de Brignac is coated in metal, finished with the hand application of French pewter labels and polished. Only 20 bottles can be completed per person per hour in the winery, and as a result, no two bottles are the same. Armand de Brignac has the most extensive collection of large format bottles of any prestige champagne house.

Ace of Spades Armand de Brignac is a complex Champagne composed of a third of Chardonnay, a third of Pinot Meunier and a third of Pinot Noir.

This Gold complex Champagne is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 20% of Pinot Meunier and 40% of Pinot Noir.

About the Producer

Armand de Brignac Champagne is a prestige Champagne brand owned by the Cattier family. The family has a rich history as an elite Champagne house in the tiny village of Chigny les Roses as they have owned and cultivated family vineyards since 1763. Today, Patriarch Jean-Jacques Cattier oversees the Chateau's wine production with strictly limited annual yields, ensuring that the family's artisanal winemaking traditions are kept alive in each bottle.

The Cattier cellars are among the deepest and oldest in the Champagne region and are classified by the Comité Interprofessional du Vin de Champagne and the Institut National des Appellations d'Origine. They have three styles of architecture represented in the caverns: Gothic, Renaissance, and Roman. Armand de Brignac is aged in a special, gated section of the deepest part of these cellars, 119 steps underground.
