About the Producer

Viña Vieja Winery

The Viña Vieja Winery has more than 300 hectares of vineyards located in the Chincha and Ica valleys. Also, a modern manufacturing plant located in the classic area of Sunampe that occupies more than 30 thousand square meters.

Although its production and storage capacity exceeds 5 million liters of wine and pisco, its production processes are very careful and follow the strictest quality standards.

The winery combines modern equipment and technology with traditional processes, allowing the production of very competitive products, but at the same time attractive and authentic.

It has stainless steel tanks with temperature control, which allows the winemaker to manage the winemaking process specifically adapted to each grape variety. Likewise, for the aging of aged wines there is a conditioned environment with humidity and controlled temperature. Its conservation occurs in American and French oak barrels in which the wines rest and acquire their exquisite complexity.

For the elaboration of Pisco, the winery has more than 10 traditional copper stills, all with wine warmers. These have modern gas heating systems in order to ensure an impeccable distillation process.

Finally, the winery has a properly equipped quality control laboratory, with specialized personnel for this purpose.

Quality control processes are a priority in the winery and extend from the vineyards to the final packaging. These aim to guarantee the quality of all processes and packaged products so that the consumer can fully enjoy and appreciate it.

Currently, the Viña Vieja Winery has been expanding its exports, having ventured into countries such as the United States, Spain, Costa Rica, Chile, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.
