This Eagle Rare Single Barrel Select, is a single barrel release specially selected by Jensen's Liquors.

Eagle Rare Bourbon was originally produced at the Old Prentice distillery, where it was introduced in 1975 by master distiller Charles L. Beam. It wasn’t distilled at Buffalo Trace, until Sazerac took over the brand from Seagram in 1989. 

Tasting Notes:

It has a complex nose with aromas of toffee, orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The palate is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.

The bourbon is matured for 10 years and bottled at 90 proof. It has a complex nose with aromas of toffee, orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The palate is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.
