Casamigos – famously co-founded by actor George Clooney – returns, expanding its range with this 100% agave, artisanal Mezcal made in Oaxaca, Mexico. Piñas are cooled for 24 hours before the crushing process begins. The agave is crushed, in the traditional method, one ton at a time by a horse-drawn tahona wheel.

Our agaves are 100% Espadín, grown for 8-9 years in Oaxaca, Mexico.
Casamigos Mezcal is made using the traditional method. Once harvested, the piñas are split and laid to cook for 4–6 days in six-ton earthen pits lined with volcanic rock.
Piñas are cooled for 24 hours before the crushing process begins. The agave is crushed, in the traditional method, one ton at a time by a horse-drawn tahona wheel.
Depending on the season, Casamigos Mezcal ferments for 2–8 days before being distilled in covered copper pot stills. Casamigos is twice-distilled.

Our award-winning distillery utilizes the latest technology controlled by true humans, advanced cleaning systems, and self-sufficient energy sources in order to produce our truly delicious and sophisticated spirit.
Our vodka begins it's journey on our farm in Kirchberg, Austria with wheat grown and harvested by our own farmers. We have identified optimal growing conditions in order to not only perfect our wheat crops but adhere to sustainable farming.
Our distillery rely on a sophisticated system that upcycles water throughout our heat recovery systems which we use during our mashing and distillation processes. Additionally, all of the energy used throughout our distilleries is completely self-sufficient and operated through solar power.
