Product Details

This whiskey is a second release of a limited edition offering from the Utah producer. As the name would suggest, it’s a blend of Bourbon aged nine years and two ryes aged ten and sixteen years. The bottle’s label is a nod to the jackalope, also called an antelabbit, a cross between a jack rabbit and an antelope with horns, which, like their whiskey, is an eclectic blend. The producer recommends this as a sipping whiskey (ideally while sitting around a campfire looking at the Milky Way), either straight or with a little water, but not with ice. It was named one of the Best Spirits of 2012 by Wine Enthusiast.

About the Producer

Utah’s first distillery since the 1870’s, High West Distillery and Saloon offers a truly unique experience as the world’s only ski-in distillery and gastro-saloon. They were founded in 2007, and are located at exactly 7000 feet in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains in Old Town Park City, Utah.
