This Spanish brandy is mahogany with gold highlights in the glass, it has complex aromas of oak, prune and Sherry. The palate is medium-dry, smooth and full-bodied with hints of vanilla, caramel, chocolate, and orange, with a long finish. The spirit is made in Jerez, one of only three regions in the world to be given specific appellation for brandy, and is aged under the Solera System for more than years in Sherry-infused American oak casks. It is best served in a brandy snifter neat or on ice, and it also makes for an excellent end to a meal with dessert, cheeses, or as a cordial. It won a Gold medal from the International Review of Spirits.
