  • Williams & Humbert

  • REGION:

  • Jerez, Spain

  • AGING:

Produced in the Jerez region of Spain, this brandy is aged more than 12 years in Sherry-infused American oak casks in a Solera style system. Its complex notes of prune, Sherry, vanilla and orange are best enjoyed neat in a brandy snifter, or over ice.

"The fabulous bouquet offers aromas of old leather, old books, toasted marshmallow, pipe tobacco and deep scents of prune Danish. Entry is luscious, ripe and sweet but not cloying; the midpalate is concentrated, fruity, Sherry-like and caramelized. Concludes balanced and honeyed. A masterpiece."

Product Details

This Spanish brandy is mahogany with gold highlights in the glass, it has complex aromas of oak, prune and Sherry. The palate is medium-dry, smooth and full-bodied with hints of vanilla, caramel, chocolate, and orange, with a long finish. The spirit is made in Jerez, one of only three regions in the world to be given specific appellation for brandy, and is aged under the Solera System for more than years in Sherry-infused American oak casks. It is best served in a brandy snifter neat or on ice, and it also makes for an excellent end to a meal with dessert, cheeses, or as a cordial. It won a Gold medal from the International Review of Spirits.

About the Producer
