This modern American gin produced in Portland, Oregon shifts away from traditional juniper-forward gins. Its balance of botanicals including lavender, cardamom and sarsaparilla capture the lushness, spice, creativity and freshness of the Pacific Northwest, and it won a Bronze medal at the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

"With its clean, neutral profile, this graceful gin works well with just about anything, from aviation cocktails to bone-dry martinis."

Product Details

Exploring the rich, floral and savory notes of lavender, cardamom and sarsaparilla, this new American gin from Portland, Oregon, captures the lushness, spice, creativity and freshness of the Pacific Northwest. Its name is taken from the classic cocktail of gin, maraschino liqueur and fresh lemon juice invented by barman Hugo Ensslin at New York’s Hotel Wallick almost a century ago. One taste of the cocktail, and co-founder Ryan Magarian realized that gin shouldn’t be limited to Martinis and Gin and Tonic. His offering belongs to the new category of dry gins that shifts away from traditional juniper-forward spirits in favor of a more forward balance of botanicals, making it very versatile.

This is my favorite gin. It has notes of Vanilla which usually isn't found in gin.

It's so versatile in everything from a Martini to a Gin & Tonic to modern libations. It has such a purity to it, and botanicals ranging from citrus to spice, It also has some lavender which if very intriguing in a gin and makes it perfect in a French 75. This bottle should definitely be on your bar.
