Tasting Notes:
The nose is exceptionally floral, with some pine aromas mixing with a hint of grapefruit and lime. The palate is quite dry and assertively floral, with hints of spice, herbaceousness, bitter citrus, and spicy ginger. The strong florality would make this a tough base for a neat sipper, or even a traditional Martini. However, because of its lack of sugar, the gin would make a good base for a drier style of gin and tonic, or a more floral variation of a sour such as a Bees Knees.
